Veta™ Smart Case & App take the guesswork out of Epi management. Veta uses notifications and personalized settings to reinforce safe habits, keep your Epi auto-injectors close and provide a link to people in your support circle, when you need them most. Veta is designed for adults and children of all ages and stages.

Veta uses notifications and personalized settings to reinforce good self-carry and self-manage habits for individuals, regardless of their age. Feature highlights include:

• FindMe: A flashing light and audio pings help you locate a misplaced Veta Smart Case that holds your auto-injector. Veta App remembers the last known location of your Veta Smart Case so you can find it in your house or even across the city.
• Separation Alerts: Wireless signals between your Smart Case and mobile device monitor when the Veta Smart Case is left behind. Once you get too far away from the smart case, Veta triggers a notification on your mobile device and to your private support circle.
• Auto-Injector Removal Alerts: Immediate alerts let you know when the auto-injector is removed from the Veta Smart Case, signaling a possible anaphylactic reaction and imminent injection.
• Temperature Monitor: Veta Smart Case sensors warn you when your auto-injector's temperature is not within the range you set. Temperature history is also available.
• Expiry Watch: Veta App warns you about expiry dates for each registered auto-injector.
• Support Circles: Notifications and connections to people are organized in Support Circles. You define people in your private support circle (for example, parents, close friends, caregivers). You determine how much information they receive about you, your whereabouts and your daily self-manage habits.

Notifications and Reports
When the auto-injector is removed from the Smart Case, Veta broadcasts the Auto-Injector Removal Alerts and your location information (if desired) to everyone in your private support circle.

Automated notifications are sent for Separation Alerts, Auto Injector Removal Alerts, Temperature and Expiry Alerts to both the person carrying the smart case as well as people in the person’s Support Circle. Veta provides flexibility to decide what notifications will be received. In addition, each person in your Support Circle can participate in different ways by configuring whether or not they receive Separation Alerts, Temperature and Expiry Alerts.

Privacy and Control
Veta is private and secure. Within your private support circle, you can:
• invite individuals you trust to your private support circle
• join multiple private support circles (for example, you can be a part of your child's support circle and your niece's support circle).
Other Features include
• Fast, one-touch access to people in your private support circle and emergency contacts.
• GPS and other location services to notify your support circle of your location so they can reach you physically or help coordinate support remotely.
• One-touch access to video and other training material on the correct use of an EpiPen®.
